ANGELA ARAM\u0102<\/h2> <\/div>\r\n

A member of the Union of Journalists and the Union of Writers of the Republic of Moldova, Angela has over 20 years of experience at the public television broadcaster Moldova 1 in TV journalism (producer, scriptwriter, presenter of live programmes, weekly author-led programmes\u2014\"Asterisc\" and \"TVMagazin cultural\"\u2014and documentary film). Over the years, she has collaborated with publications and editorial teams such as Capitala Magazin, the Glasul.md portal, VIPMagazin, Sud-Est Cultural, CONTRAFORT, Punkt, romanialiber\u0103.com, Radio Relax, Radio Rocks, and Radio Gold. As a journalist, she has received numerous \"Golden Antenna\" awards (including for the documentaries \"The World Through the Window Frame\" and \"Bessarabia in the Gulag\"), and in 2000 she was named Best Audiovisual Journalist by the Independent Journalism Center.\nIn 2006, as a member of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, she authored Moldova\u2019s first Audiovisual Code. Angela Aram\u0103 is the author of the poetry and graphic arts volume \"And Yet I Went Mad!\" (ARC, 2005), the novella \"Cheralim and the Angel\" (CARTER, 2010), and the novel \"Here Is Beyond\" (Acadian ART, 2012)\u2014awarded at the International Book Fair, Chi\u0219in\u0103u, in 2013. She wrote the fantasy novel \"Smaranda and Her Seven Friends Saving the World from Putinka\" (ARC, 2018), nominated for the Writers\u2019 Union awards, and the journal \"Two Years of UkraMine\", published in 2024 by EPIGRAF, nominated for the Writers\u2019 Union Awards and winner of the Courage Award granted by Romania\u2019s Timpul magazine. Since 2011, she has coordinated teams of journalists, serving as general producer at CTC Dixi Media and Canal Regional, as well as a lecturer, trainer, and instructor for hundreds of students and communicators, both at the Free International University of Moldova (ULIM) and within international educational projects and the Television School she founded. Angela Aram\u0103 became known as a prominent figure in civic activism after she fought against censorship at the state-owned company TeleRadio Moldova, during the journalists\u2019 strikes of 2002 and 2004. In 2015, she was a founding member of the Civic Platform Dignity and Truth, and since 2022 she has been writing daily about developments in the war in Ukraine, considering it vital to the future of the Republic of Moldova.<\/p>
